Representing California Dairy Processors Since 1939

Dairy Institute of California, founded in 1939, is a non-profit trade association representing California milk processors and dairy product manufacturers on legislative and regulatory matters at the state and federal level.  Membership is voluntary and subject to Board approval, with dues based on a company’s size of operation.

Our organization’s goal is to support our members ability to operate sustainably, innovate and achieve efficiency in their own companies as they provide the highest quality dairy products to the domestic and international markets.
